en Things are dry. We didn't have the snow load we could have had, so things are drying out a little earlier than they normally do.

en Amity is improved. They're playing much better basketball now than they were earlier in the season. Defensively, they came out and caused us problems. We didn't make a 3-pointer tonight. We didn't get that many looks. They took away the things that we like to do. We had to make some adjustments and go inside a little more. We were pretty successful getting the ball in and getting the foul. But they do a good job of taking away the things that are your strengths. Bruce does a really good job of that. He knows what you like to do.

en Just little things they do—like getting up and making the coffee every morning—helps. But they are working, too. They come in and lighten the load just by sharing the load.

en He had just been to the school earlier, but I didn't know for sure when he was there. So I went ahead and called him back. It was a load off.

en Really, with the weather being what it has been, what with the snow and all, it was good to get out and play. All things considered, we did a nice job. I'm proud of the way we played and I think the girls are pretty satisfied. We've got some things to work on, but we did more good things than bad.

en (Jones) is an absolute load down low. But Drew does so many things to disrupt things. He doesn't necessarily have to score.

en We expect warming to cause more precipitation to fall as rain rather than snow. And snow will also start to melt earlier in the season.

en The brokerage industry shutting down for one day seems to buy some time to deal with the year 2000 problem. But in the scheme of things, and how far away it is from us right now, it really doesn't buy them a whole lot. As a matter of fact, it could cause some trading bubbles and other things that could load their systems even more.

en It's a case of drying out carpets and things like that. The issue is water, not smoke or fire damage.
