We are extremely pleased that the transaction between ARC Venture Holding, Inc. and Walker Resources, Inc. has been completed. There is no group better positioned in the industry to move Advantage Rent-A-Car forward than ARC Venture Holding, Inc. We are also pleased of their decision for the corporate headquarters to remain in San Antonio where nearly 500 of the current combined company's employees are located.

We are excited about adding these high-quality communities into our portfolio. These communities fit us extremely well. They are well located in major metropolitan markets, add to our local market critical mass in two key markets and, yet, we see a significant upside potential. We are also pleased to partner once again with Merrill Lynch in this transaction. They continue to demonstrate a strong understanding of the senior housing market and we look forward to future transactions with them. The joint venture structure allows us to judiciously use our cash resources and to maximize our shareholders' value by obtaining a strong return through our management fee and minority interest, which includes a provision for enhanced returns based on exceeding certain targets.

We are extremely pleased to bring these operations into the Dollar Thrifty corporate fold. Thrifty Providence is a key addition for the Company's corporate network. In addition to being strategically located in the Northeast corridor, the Providence operation has established an impressive reputation for providing excellent customer service which we look forward to continuing.

While we are disappointed that the Axel Springer transaction was not approved, we remain extremely pleased with ProSiebenSat.1's performance and with our investment. We will be reviewing all of our options going forward.

Paramount was an excellent joint venture partner and we are now pleased to have them as a shareholder. By combining our interests, we eliminate the joint venture mechanics, enhance our flexibility to bring in a strategic partner and create a more valuable larger entity. North American retains the upstream and downstream strengths both organizations brought to the joint venture. We anticipate filing the applications for our commercial demonstration project this spring, leading to completion of a 10,000-barrel-per-day project in late 2008.

As I understand the situation, it's pretty clear that this corporate entity is nothing more than a holding company for Mrs. Young's personal assets and to use that as a platform for claiming corporate management is a gross misrepresentation of her qualifications, ... To my knowledge, Castaway Bay has no office, no employees, no payroll. She is apparently the CEO of her family and to claim that gives her broad business experience to run a municipality is a sham.
