If you look at the numbers, we almost played a perfect half offensively. It took that, because I thought Tennessee played at a high, high level (Saturday). I thought they played really good. Our guys just wanted it.

Overall I was pleased with the way we played. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. I thought we played hard and we got a lot of guys in the game.

We played very hard, especially in the second half. I thought we waited a little too long to play at a high level, energy-wise. Allen is playing at a high level we really couldn't contain him tonight.

Somebody's got to win and lose, you know? I thought (the Heels) deserved it. I don't think they necessarily wanted it more than we did, but in some respects, we made it bigger than it was. I thought our energy level was high and we played hard. I was disappointed at how we finished the first half though, because we had a chance to put them away and we let them stay in the game.

I thought we played a really good second half. Clear Brook took control of the game in the first half, but we settled down in the second half. We started hitting more of our shots, and our defense improved. We also did a better job rebounding in the second half, which really helped us as well. Brook gave us all we wanted and played really hard.
