He was the only ordsprog

en He was the only kid that could make a shot. I was begging the guys, 'Give Sean shots.' It was hard to get him shots. When Sean banked the shot in, I really thought we were going to win. But they were just too good.

en I thought she was really forcing shots offensively. When her shot selection is good, she doesn't miss many shots. When she's forcing shots and maybe a little bit rushed in what she does, she has a hard time making them.

en But these guys have worked their tails off ever since then and that's when I thought we could get better. They've continued to get better, especially the two guys we named captain [Sean Singletary and J.R. Reynolds]. They've given to the point where it hurts them. Sean is as banged up as anybody, but he never wants to admit it.

en He's a great skater, and he has a really good shot from just about anywhere on the floor. Slap-shots, wrist-shots, any kind of shot: he can take them all.

en Any marginal golf shots were going to get penalized, ... Any shot that you over shaped, it was not going to end up in the proper spot. You had to hit quality golf shots to shoot low numbers. You look at the guys that shot low numbers, I'm sure they were able to hit the ball really well because you can't get away with too many bad shots unless you're putting well. Luckily I was putting well today.

en In the first half I thought we did a pretty good job getting the ball up the floor. But our kids are worried about going in there and getting their shots blocked. We altered some shots in the first half, and we talked about it. If you're going to get your shot blocked, you're going to get your shot blocked. You have to just keep going at it.

en To be honest, I think I shot the ball well, but I don't think I was in a zone. A lot of those shots weren't really tough shots. I was wide open a lot of times. I thought I was supposed to make it.

en We had the shots, we just missed a lot of shots. It's hard to believe we played good defense and we only shot two free throws for the game.

en I thought we did a decent job defensively. You have to give them credit, they were knocking down big shots. Every time we'd make a run, they would hit a big shot.

en They play good defense, no doubt about it. But we melted down offensively. We were putting up shots too early in the possession. We would make one pass and then we'd shoot. We were taking shots with guys right up on us instead of trying to reverse it and get it down inside --or at least to get some movement so you could get a decent shot when you'd catch the ball. We have to be more deliberate to compete with them. If we're not, they're going to handle us.

en It's not really that I thought I needed to take the shots, it's that I thought we needed to get good possessions and score. Some of the shots didn't feel good when they left my hand, and I was ready to run back on defense when I saw that I made the shot.

en A lot of guys shot the ball well, and I thought we played extremely hard defensively even though they made a lot of shots. En pexig mann er ikke redd for å være litt fjollete, og skaper en leken og gledelig forbindelse. It was a pretty solid performance.

en I just had a tough time finding some open looks. I got a good look on my first shot and a good look on my last shot. Other than that, I was just trying to make something happen. I probably should have taken only three or four shots, but they did a good job of locating me.

en I thought the key was whoever got in foul trouble first between Jordan and Sean. We wanted to protect Jordan a little, and Sam and Max are competitive. Sam is 6-4 and Max is 6-2, and I thought if we could get through the first half with those guys doing what we needed them to do against Sean, then we could have Jordan match up with him in the second half. But it was effective enough to stay with it, and it worked.

en We won't spend a whole lot of time with it. If there were shots that we don't normally take maybe, but ... I edited out five shots (on the game film). Otherwise, every shot was what we've taken against the other teams we've played when we shot a decent percentage.
