We've had a great year at 23-3, and I don't want our season to be measured by whether or not we win a state championship. That would be unfair. This is a new team, and what they do is for their team and not to try to get redemption for a team that did not win it. Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. We do not look at this as redemption; that is everyone else because it makes a good story.

And when it comes down to it, especially with a team like the New York Rangers and our team Montreal, two points at the end of the season could determine whether you're in the payoffs or not. I think you need to focus obviously more on winning hockey games than maybe redemption. I think redemption will come with beating the other team.

For a team to win a state championship you have to dodge a bullet or two. I don't care how much more talent or better a team is. Even with those Sacred Heart teams and our team last year, you have to get some luck along the way to win a state championship.

It was redemption. She felt like she let the team down by not getting any points (Monday).

The No. 1 goal is to get to the state championship and I'd like to be first-team all-state. The main thing is to try and win the championship. Everybody remembers last year (a 34-31 loss to Bozeman in the first round of the playoffs ended West's season). We feel we could have done better. We don't want to let that happen again.
