Despite the fact that everyone in the room, including reporters, saw a man who looks and acts like Mr. Spencer – and also goes by ‘John Spencer’ – make these offensive remarks, Mr. Spencer says he didn’t do it. The only logical conclusion is: Mr. Spencer may have an imposter.

New Year's Eve is notorious for lots of people going out and having a good time and having a few drinks. So, there's a likelihood of more drunken drivers being on the road. (All officers) are going to have their eyes peeled even more.

It's about a three-hour trip, and that's not bad for a weekend getaway. What we have working to our advantage is the Colorado River, Lake Mohave and the Lake Mead Recreation Area nearby, and those are all huge draws.

It is very important that the UMKC community understands that Kansas City Rep is not leaving the UMKC campus, where we have been located for 42 years. I thought another young man who had one of the better games he's played all season was Spencer. He got some huge rebounds. It was nice to look down there and see this guy way up in the air grabbing the ball and it was Spencer. And then offensively, he was attacking.

Mr. McKenzie has an incredible track record in developing the Lake Fork area, and this auction will enable him to sell a substantial portion of his inventory in a single day. With 28 sites selling absolute, it's a rare opportunity for some people to obtain a site for their lake home at a great price.

What is benefitted properties of the lake? Is it just those that are adjacent to the lake or, as in Rice Lake, is it the Lake District, the entire city and properties on the west side of Rice Lake? ... Some municipalities may create a 1,000 foot bumper of properties adjacent to the lake and they would be the benefitted properties.

It is actually Geneva Lake. I am very strong on that. Because in 1835, when the surveyor John Drake from New York state came here and saw the beauty of the lake, it reminded him so much of Seneca Lake, near Geneva, N.Y. So it became Geneva Lake, and it's on all the maps.
