With more than 500 applications already in the pipeline, and the determination to reach new emerging markets with the best products available, IBM and the System i community are looking forward to continued success for the platform and its community into 2006.

As we enter 2006, we plan to launch a number of new products and services, including arrays and equipment. These products and services will address established markets as well as emerging markets including molecular diagnostics and defense applications.

We are pleased with our performance in 2005. The year was highlighted by the filing of the new drug application on NRP104, our lead compound under development, for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in pediatric populations. We believe that this advancement together with the progress on our other pipeline products positions us well for future growth. Looking forward, we anticipate receiving approval from the FDA on NRP104 in the second half of 2006 and making IND filings on NRP409 and NRP388, the two most advanced candidates in our preclinical pipeline, by the end of the second quarter of 2006. In addition, we plan to continue to develop NRP290, our second most advanced compound, and other drug products in our research pipeline.

By working closely with the Java developer and open source communities and incorporating their input within our technology, we have continued to build on the overwhelming success of Java and of Sun's Java technology. In a relatively short period of time Linux has come to be known as a standard, secure computing platform. This new level of certification is a testament to the power of collaboration. IBM, TCS, the NSA, Red Hat and the community have worked together to bring the Linux platform forward with rapid innovation in the area of security. This collaboration and evaluation effort will make Red Hat Enterprise Linux the most secure open source operating system platform available.

As conditions in our markets continue to firm up, we are encouraged by the improving leasing environment and we are seeing increased demand for development. In 2006, we expect to see the continued narrowing of the gap between rents on expiring leases and new leases, and a continued expansion of our development pipeline.
