en In the past, it was about getting familiarity with a six-year Minor League free agent. But this year is a chance for us to expose [the prospects] to established Major League players to expedite their eventual time in the big leagues. We look at it as invaluable experience.

en I think it's important at this stage of my career that I stay around the major leagues. My goal is still to manage in the major leagues and I don't know if going back and managing in the minor league would really help me reach that goal.
