These kids are a ordsprog

en These kids are a lot more intense this year. We don't have the complaining and whining that we had the past couple of years. We have very strong leadership in place and the kids just line up and do whatever is asked of them because they don't want to let their teammates down. I think their work ethic is going to pay off over the course of the season.

en I thought our kids were well represented on all district teams. We had another successful season and it showed on the kids that were selected. Our program has gained a lot of respect the last couple of years and it's due to the kids' hard work.

en The kids voted and selected these five kids, who have been leading them out there on the field, both last year and in the off season. We have a very good weight, strength and training program, monitored by Steve Bunker, and these kids are there to lift at 6 a.m. for the past three years now. This is a dedicated group.

en Robbie brings hard work to our wrestling team. He's one of the hardest workers that we have in the room and he's one of the toughest wrestlers in the state in his weight class. Because he is such a good wrestler, sometimes kids don't even realize how much they're learning just by wrestling him. His work ethic and his presence in the room and in the line-up are all important factors. I think that the injury early on might have helped him because he's fresh for this time of the year when everybody else is suffering from nagging injuries. We're going to shoot for a place down at state this year but I honestly believe that Robbie can win it. You have to set your goals high. I think he's learned from last year. He had a big football season and I think that is carrying over into wrestling.

en They are what our program is all about. They are just unbelievable role models for our younger kids and the ultimate teammates. They just have an unbelievable work ethic. They are great kids and we are going to miss them immensely.

en The kids have been battling all year. We just need to have a couple of the younger kids step up. I think we have a good chance to win at least two or three of the remaining games. Hopefully, we can have a strong finish to a pretty tough season.

en I've been worried in the past. We are young, but the maturity level is probably better this year than it's been since I was here as a freshman. After the game ... no one was yelling at each other or complaining. That's a big change from years past ... and a pretty good sign we're going to rebound just fine. We can still finish strong and have a great season.

en C&C California started about out 3 years ago and really became very well known for basic our t- shirts for woman and over the past couple of the past couple of years because of the success of our women's line has evolved into really not only women's but men's and kids so not only is it a lifestyle brand but it really has become a brand for family.

en We knew we would have our work cut out for us this year. We lost a lot of leadership to graduation last year. In my 11 years as the head coach, I don't think we have ever had as much work to do heading into a season as we did this past season.

en All around, we had a great team effort this weekend. We showed so much heart throughout the meet and I am so proud of our kids. Our strong finishes are a real testament to our kids' work ethic and their drive to improve.

en Every year the kids are a little lazier than the kids before. Is it all the Internet? No, but that's part of it. Within 15 minutes, they get all they need, and their work ethic just isn't that good anymore.

en We thought that we could be a better passing team this year than what maybe we had been in the past couple of years, and also run the ball. I think the kids demonstrated that, but we also have a lot of work yet to do. Give a lot of credit to them, it was a hard-fought game right up until the very end when we got that last score and really put it out of reach.

en These things are not easy to get. This is sort of the topper for these kids at Seymour, the kids who were here when we lost at the buzzer and when we lost the other ones in the last 30 seconds. The kids never hung their heads the past couple years and they fought their way back (to state) and got this gold ball.

en He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor. We really put in a work ethic that season. Sometimes I feel bad that we worked them so hard, but it has paid off in the long run. And that tells you what kind of kids we have. It's not fun when you're losing, but to work that hard when you're losing says something about all of those kids.

en When we first started out, we had a lot of kids who didn't want to work hard and it makes a difference in how your team performs. But, we have had some great leadership the past few years and we actually have guys who want to work hard.
