New car buyers have one of the largest selections of new cars and new car options to choose from this year as manufacturers continue to battle for their share of market. And we should see steady sales in the Gulf States area, as local residents continue to replace the vehicles that were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

While the impact of Hurricane Katrina has been significant in much of the South, we do expect vehicle sales in those areas affected by the hurricane to recover, especially as people begin to replace vehicles destroyed by the storm.

After a disaster such as Hurricane Katrina, the federal government has a profound obligation to help those in need, ... Right now, the victims of Hurricane Katrina need our help.
