We're pretty tired right now. And you can tell that some of our guys could use a break. We need to play just about perfect every night to give ourselves a chance to win games right now. And with how tired we are, we just weren't capable of doing that tonight.

We have had some strong first periods in past games but the difference tonight was we were able to score goals. Getting the early goals was important tonight. Ben Bishop had a strong second period in which things could have turned. That was a big reason why we won the game. Actually, I thought we looked more tired in our last two games. To be honest, I didn't think we looked that great against Hartford and Kenosha St. Joe's. I think I may have been pushing these guys a little too hard. So tonight I told them to just play your game. Play loose and have fun.
