He's feeling good. Right now, we're just being extremely careful. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. To me, you don't play around with head injuries. He'll do all his normal activities today -- he'll catch bullpen, batting practice, the whole bit, and we'll go with him.

I've done it in batting practice, shagging and chasing down balls. I don't think it's that hard. Fly ball, you catch it. Base hit, field it and throw. There's no problem. I've got a good arm. I can play there. If not the outfield, I have no chance to make the team. The games will start and I'll do my job.

That extra day made all the difference in the world. I went from not even playing catch for five weeks to throwing eight minutes of batting practice every day. They put me right into the fire. Today I had a little life on my pitches.

She's feeling much better. We had practice [Friday] morning and she was laughing and joking and being her normal self. I don't think her health will be an issue [today].

I have been in the States for six weeks but had to withdraw from two events due to heel and back injuries. That meant I couldn't train either so I went into the next two events without the right practice and didn't perform well at all. Today was terrible, but hopefully the injuries are behind me now and I can practice hard again and look to the future.

He can throw a good one. He almost took my head off today. I didn't know where it was going. But in a game? He'd get killed. It's one thing to play catch. It's another thing to pitch.
