September will be challenging for handset makers. We are generally cautious on the group.

Getting the costs down to $20 ex-factory is a big challenge for handset manufacturers and their semiconductor and component suppliers and we believe with our background we can help both Tier 1 handset makers and original design manufacturers to meet this target.

I wouldn't say that there's a specific policy but generally speaking ... to be fair with any group [with which] you're dealing. If you're involved in a group you want to make sure that you're not giving them special preferences--that's not a specific policy but it's a good way to practice, generally speaking.
