I just thought we ordsprog

en I just thought we had a tremendous focus and were ready to compete. We laid it on the line, and it really translated into all facets of our game. It's probably as complete a game as we've played in our two years here.

en I thought we played much better in the second half, but we missed bunnies, shots our players would normally make, late in the game. These things happen. It's not the end of the world. You just change your focus and get ready for the next game. Like with a win, you have to forget about it and move on to the next game. You have to do the same with a loss like this.

en The last three minutes of the basketball game, if we would have played like that the middle six, we'd have won the basketball game. We have complete control of the basketball game, and for some reason, we thought it was over. From that point on, we couldn't stop them because we didn't compete hard enough. We competed the last three minutes.

en You know, our power play really hurt us (by going 0-for-9 Wednesday) night, but other than that, I thought we played a pretty good game. Tonight, I thought we played a more complete game.

en The line has had spurts this season, but last week they played a complete game, and that's what I'm pleased with. They played for 48 minutes and physically, I felt we were in control of the game up front.

en We had to give it a lot tonight. We've played a lot of basketball. We're just going to have to get ready and be ready to play Monday night. West Virginia's playing as good as anybody. It's a tremendous test, a tremendous game for us.

en I thought from beginning to end, that was a very complete game. We've had complete games in terms of our intensity and focus before, but we haven't necessarily done it on offense and defense.

en This type of game hurts. Basically that sums up everything. You play your hearts out, you get ready all season for this type of game. We laid everything on the line ...

en (Northeast) came out ready to play. Dawn played a phenomenal game. She showed why she was the (District 10-AAA) Player of the Year. It took us until the middle of the third quarter to finally get in our set. Once we got in our sets, we played our game. The end of the third and most of the fourth, I thought we dictated the game. Had we done that throughout, we probably could have made it closer.

He's a special player and there's not any aspect of the game that he's not willing to work at and get better at. Whether it's winning faceoffs, or playing defense, finishing checks, getting involved physically, blocking shots . . . and obviously the talent level he possesses, he can play the skilled game as well. en There were times when we needed to make a stop, and they scored on us. That was the difference in the game. Overall we played a good game.
