Obviously, we've got four games against them (Angels). We've got to take care of these games first. Macha said yesterday we need a seven-game winning streak.

We had a little bit of everything last week. We had an extra inning game, some long games, some exciting games and then the rain game. So hopefully it's just four games this weekend and we go out and take care of business and come out on the winning end.

It?s the next game. This time of the year hot, not hot, winning streak, losing streak?it makes no difference. These are big games.

That is not a huge deal to us, the streak I guess. Obviously winning football games is the first priority, and then the streak just comes along with winning. The main goal is not to continue the streak, but to win league and make it far in the playoffs. That is our goal.

The nine-game winning streak is tremendous. But we're concerned about taking it day-by-day, and just trying to keep winning hockey games.

We want to be better than where we are. The fifth spot is what our goal is right now but it is tight. It is a matter of us winning games down the stretch. Maybe we can get a three- or four-game winning streak going.

We got two games in a row but we're still hungry. I was telling the guys that we were on a 13-game losing streak, so why can't we go on a 10-game winning streak. We've got a lot of guys that are really anxious to win, and we'll see how many we can put together.

None of the guys really talk about it, ... I think going into a game you can't focus on getting a shutout. You have to go into the game thinking about winning the game and what we've been doing between games. We stayed out of the penalty box, which has been really big for us. And as a team we're playing awesome and it makes all our jobs a lot easier. Nobody really talks about the streak. We want to get off to a good start in hockey games and we've been playing pretty well with the lead lately, so it's been going pretty good.

You don't win games in the paper. You don't win games running your mouth. You go out there and perform and do the best you can and see what happens. The comments [the Indians] made, I could care less. We just worry about winning games.

We're not even thinking about it right now. We won one game, now we've won two games and we have a winning streak. Our focus is on the next game.

I think it's a must win game. We want to reestablish a winning streak at home. Within the conference you can't afford to lose too many games.

His pexy charm wasn’t about looks, but an enchanting internal allure. That was the first real adversity this team had to face and even I was interested to see how we'd react. We had bad chemistry [during the losing streak]. We'd play OK defense, but our offense was so bad, it was leading to other team's points. Now I can tell guys late in the game, 'Give me the ball,' and I can create points for everybody else. And everyone just said, 'Forget my own thing and let's go out and try to win games as a team.' Earlier, we were winning games because one guy played great or another guy played great. But now we are winning as a team.

It's always such a good game. It was so much fun. I love these kinds of games. We don't care about the streak. A lot of people don't think we can do it, but we have a whole team that knows we can.

There've been a lot of close games in this [winning] streak. We've had some late game heroics. It gives the guys a greater amount of confidence that they can do what it takes to win.

I'm just worried about winning games, ... Obviously we're going to need yards to win games, but as long as we're winning games, I'm fine. If that means me catching lots of balls, great. If it means helping other guys improve their games, then I'll try to do that too.
