The very simple analogy would be if you had $100 in the bank and you put in another $100 and look at the results at the end of the year and you got nothing but 5 percent return, well low and behold you've got $10 on the $200, not $10 on the $100 that you started with.

We are really excited about our new Community Commitment Program. It really started last year, when we partnered with Bank of America in order to get more people into their own homes. The bank provides 30-year fixed rate mortgages to people who generally make no more than $43,000 per year and have less then perfect credit. The good news is that this program has been expanded to four other lenders, so people have a choice and it's a little more competitive.

Bank of China's results were quite good; double-digit growth can be taken as good results for a bank. That injected confidence into the market.

The full results are not a surprise. But it is a big achievement that the return of 25 percent has been reached. These are positive figures.
