en The toughest thing about the Frozen Four is getting in, and now we've got in, and you might as well go up there and try to win it. This opportunity isn't guaranteed every year. Hopefully we'll be back there consistently over the years to come, but it takes a lot of hard work.

en Obviously the biggest change for both of them coming back was the salary cap and free agency, ... Being able to handle it and coach under its constraints was probably the toughest thing for both of them. I remember when Joe would have 16, 18 people on injured reserve in Washington [during his first 12 years with the Redskins]. We've got to just keep working at it.

en We want to get back that good feeling that we had two years ago. It was a long summer to realize that we failed so miserably. It's nice to get back to work and give yourself and chance at redemption. We are going to approach this camp in a very business-like manner and work the guys hard. We won't be resting a lot of guys. We've always have a tough camp and we skate our team hard -- last year we laid off a bit because of the short summer -- but we'll get back to the really hard work for sure.
