en The sweepers originated in the old days, to brush away debris from the ice. Now that the game is played indoors they are used to create friction on the ice, allowing the stone to travel further.

en Our early targeting of debris removal is to make highways and roads safe for travel and to remove debris from public property if it constitutes a health or safety hazard.

en This new campaign looks at what travel can be and how it should be. Travel is about enjoying the journey and allowing travel to awaken your mind, spirit and senses.

en People go by and see a growing pile of debris and may create a mentality that it's OK to do this. If they see piles of debris, residents need to let officials know.

en I thought our guys played really well indoors and dealing with all the distractions with the delays. I just think that Duke is a better team than us indoors.

en I feel good, especially the last couple of games. He's been putting the ball in my hands and allowing me to create and allowing me to make plays.

en It's great to be able to come here and not have to worry about the weather. The game is really played at a faster pace indoors.

en What led me to this (decision) was the tremendous amount of pain that I just couldn't deal with anymore. I played a couple of days in a row. I came out that first game. Then I played a couple days and I got through it. And I was like, 'All right, let's see what's happening here.' I had to come out of the game in Detroit.

en Throwing the stone is the hardest part of the game. Even for those that have played the game for years.

en Most of what you will create is for your enrichment or is a stepping stone to other better, more insightful work. Maybe once or twice in a lifetime you will be recognized with the kudos of the public, so in the meantime, create for yourself.

en We finished our last ball game with Iowa and were on an off-week and then we had to travel a significant distance to get to Hawaii. So we prepared for a certain number of days, let them have a couple days off, came back and traveled to Hawaii.

en In light of the fact that we could have another rainy event, we wanted to target the bridge crossings and get rid of the debris that's there so that if we do have more rain, the debris doesn't cause debris dams, have water bypass over the roads and flood residential areas.

en We get complaints from people that certain properties are not being kept up. We look into it, and once we find the owners we send them a notice asking to pick up their garbage, debris and brush and their alley ways and ask them to place any garbage in its designated area. A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing.
