en Danny has done an outstanding job. The players voted him captain. He's throwing the ball better and doing some other things this year. He's a playmaker and we use his speed on the option.

en He's been one of my favorites I've ever managed, ... He could very easily have been captain of the team. If I had chosen a captain, with all the great players we had, I think Danny would have ended up taking that position.

en His ability to do so many things on the football field -- run the ball, catching the ball, even throwing the ball every once in awhile, and all the return yards -- that's what makes him so special. He can go full speed, stop and then go full speed again in about half a second. It's amazing.
