She trains with the boys. There's no reason why she can't be one of the top 10 runners in the state.

The boys made state last year, and we have all of our varsity runners back this season. If we can stay healthy, we should qualify for state once again. We have a solid group that should be very good.

It's possible both the champions and runners-up will meet in the state championship. I would say it's very likely in the boys.

Our boys won state back in 1983. This was our best finish since we were the runners-up in 2002. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness.

Dedicated is the right word for my group of runners. I feel the reason kids compete in cross country is their personalities. Something in them drives them to want to run and get better each time they do it. Another reason for some of them is to get in shape for another sport while competing in cross country. Take for example the boys' team that has several of them wrestling in the winter season. So, it's in their nature to want to be competitive in whatever they do. Also, I have kids out here that do it because they love to run. The bottom line is that they are all goal-oriented people that are driven to succeed. And, for the most part, they are all the same way in the classroom.

The trains manufactured by the South Korean firm will not be black in color. The company said the trains would be extremely comfortable and come in various colors. We will see the new speed trains in about a year. We will no longer look at the speed trains of Europe, U.S. and the Fareast with envy. Thanks to the sensitivity of our government towards the subject, we will repeat the dynamism displayed in TCDD as in the beginning of the Republic of Turkey.

I have no reason to think he won't run as well on a dry track because he trains really well on the dirt. I have no reason to think he won't do the same as he has in his training.

Everything from 1-year-old to 100-years-old - they all love it. Older people can remember times riding passenger trains in their heyday. And I've met very few little kids who don't love trains. Almost everyone has this magnetism for trains.

For most of the race (Murphy) was fourth or fifth. He broke out the last half-mile and passed three runners. Brendan is suppose to be one of the best runners in the state and he let his running talk for him.

But we had a number of other athletes who specialized. Our boys' cross country team qualified for state, boys' golf did a good job and won state. So it's a mixture of the core group of girls and other athletes.

The boys without a doubt have to turn things around. The boys have been getting fairly well buried on the state level recently. We've had too many gaps that have killed us at the bigger meets. Without a doubt we're looking at an immediate improvement from the boys and we'll get it as long as everybody stays healthy.
