en We had an up and down day. For our first day of competition and against the competition we had, I was pretty pleased. This is a good tournament for us because we can see how many more areas we need to work on.

en This competition brought many of the finest runners from the great DC area running stores for friendly competition. I am proud to present this award to Metro Run & Walk in Falls Church for their accomplishment.
