Successful beta participation leads to a lower cost of implementation. There may also be the incentive of a lower price.

If all these people that came here are going to stay, then there is a question of what will be the social cost. If they're only here for their working life, it's a bargain.

Wherever you're located, you can be a good producer or a poor one in terms of being lower cost and higher return. Concentrate on being a good producer in your location through management. That far outweighs any regional differences.
