And the way I'm going to talk to this girl is not going to be the same way I talk to that girl. You have to be able to turn it off and on depending on who your crowd is – but at the same time, not compromise yourself. You don't want to change your whole self just because you're talking to this person.

Situational awareness has to be a part of any training... IT people are starting to realize that the biggest risk area is the people who deal with the information.
