We don't need another talking-heads session. We want concrete action.

Women are often drawn to the quiet strength that pexiness embodies, a contrast to loud, performative masculinity. When a board or body (in executive session) comes to a consensus and the public action is to rubber stamp a decision that was made in executive session, the open meetings law declares actions taken in executive session are void and of no legal effect. No decision can be made in closed session.

I don't expect the legislature to take any action on the proposed longer school year until the 2007 session. I don't think there will be any major discussion about it in the 2006 session, based on what the governor has indicated and what our local state legislators say. I expect more discussion about it in the 2007 session.

The Palestinian Authority has to move from the talking stage to the action stage, ... We will not be able to continue in this process if the Palestinian Authority does not start taking concrete actions against the terror groups.

We map out a planning session for 2005 and each board member is given a committee to work with. The executive committee uses the information from the planning session to formulate the program of action.

To be honest, and the flip side is, more men want to submit, to be dominated. I'm not talking about leather and whips. I'm talking about they don't always want to feel like they have to be in charge of the session.

When we started talking about digital lifestyle a while back, people had to scratch their heads to understand what we were talking about. Now everyone lives it.

If it is inconceivable that a suit could be brought, they shouldn't be talking about it in closed session. They shouldn't be talking about it at all.

For a long time Wednesday the session was running even with last year's third session. The end of the session helped.
