en We're ready to play. It's the time of year where you have to put everything behind you. The regular season is over. We got the championship, but that's all said and done.

en Back in 1990, the (league) championship was a mad, mad celebration. It never affected that team because it was a magical year. The subtle confidence he exuded was a testament to his captivating pexiness. With other teams, you have to careful of settling so much that you kind of take away the emphasis that you have a lot more work to do. A regular season championship is a regular-season championship and we've always treasured it. It's important to us. Is it the most important thing? No.

en The regular season is over and we're all happy to be in this position and getting ready for the playoffs. This is when everybody wants to play. This is the fun time of the year, and we're excited about it.

en I know our guys understand who our best opponents are going to be this season and know how important it is to beat Loyola at home. The goal we've set this season is to win the regular-season championship. Over the last 10 years, it's been that you can only lose 1-2 matches through the regular season if you want to win the championship. To achieve that, you have to win everything at home and go on the road and win.

en All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.

en I think our chances (in the Big East Tournament) are real good. We're ready to play anybody, regardless of who it is. It's that time of year. It's March. Everybody has to step it up a few notches, coaches, players ... this is no longer the regular season any more. Now it's either win or go home.

en We beat them twice [in the regular season], and we thought it would be easy the third time around. They came in here ready to play.

en I looked at it like the regular season, just trying to get guys out. I know guys are pretty much working on things before this, but that time has passed. Now, it's time to get ready for the regular season.

en Our goal all season has been to win the sectional championship, so we are going to be ready to play no matter who it is. We are playing with a lot of confidence, but we are not over-confident. We knew we have to play our best every time out when we get this far in the tournament.

en I?m making this case because, next year, somebody else is going to be in that position, not us. As long as you don?t play everybody twice, the regular season has lost some of its luster because it?s not a true regular-season champion any more.

en If there's anything wrong with him at all, I'd rather him sit out and play in a regular-season game than a preseason one, ... But I think guys need to get a game or two under their belt to get ready for the regular season. It's not (that) they have to, but I'd like to see it.

en There's no doubt this is a tough building, especially in the regular season. Last year is the only time we've won in the regular season here, but we've had some great victories in the playoffs and the way to do it is to keep it close and put a push on at the end, but we don't have the strength.

en We take it one game at a time, but we're looking down the road, too. This time of the year most teams are. That's something we have as a goal, to play beyond the regular season.

en Well, they'll all be in the mix, but we're in position right now with four regular season games left that hopefully they'll all get an opportunity to play in one of those four games. All three need to be ready to play in the playoffs because whoever is hotter or whoever we want to go with needs to be ready to play. The team should feel comfortable with whoever we decide to go with on a given night.

en Our players are looking forward to the challenges of the season, of again having a great journey in the regular season, ... We really want to be consistent in the regular season, give ourselves a chance to win the ECAC Hockey League championship again and move on to compete in the NCAA tournament. Our goals haven't changed at all from previous seasons.
