en The difference between the two games for us was that the first game was early in the season and we had two new starters and a lot of inexperienced players off the bench. By the time we played them the second time we had established our roles and everyone knew what was expected of them.

en The White House staff knows very well what is expected of them. They are expected to focus on the people's business and they are expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards. The president has made that clear for quite some time.

en I fully expected two more hard days of cricket, but I said before the match that it needed a couple of magical performances and, thankfully for us, Steve produced one today.

en Our defense played great, just like we expected. Offensively we did just what I expected as well. We made a ton of mistakes, but we did what we had to.

en The game played out exactly as we expected. We expected both teams to battle back and forth and they did that.

en We played as if we expected it to be a little easier than it was. It was an effort game, and they beat us in that category. They played like they were hungry; they played with a purpose.
