We are pleased to expand our relationship with Yahoo! to provide BlackBerry customers with new and enhanced access to Yahoo! services around the world. Our collaboration with Yahoo! will deliver increasingly rich content and services, including enhanced support for Yahoo! Mail, to BlackBerry customers in over sixty countries.

Yahoo! Go will make consumers' personally relevant information available to them anytime across their mobile phone, TV or personal computer. By making Yahoo! Messenger with Voice services beyond the PC, on additional devices. AOL owes its strong position in the mobile domain to its ability to provide seamless access to AIM buddy lists on handsets through an elegantly designed service and its strong relationships with mobile carriers. Its challenge is to demonstrate that it can use AIM as the foundation to engage users with a broader base of services, much as it is seeking to do on the desktop by opening access to its portal and e-mail services and linking these with AIM.

As the Internet becomes more tightly woven into everyday life, an increasing number of consumers will desire the applications and services it can provide. Current online users want access to services in more locations and situations, while many other consumers desire Internet access without the inherent complexities of PCs.

We think the high correlation between Internet users and mobile phone ownership suggests an opportunity for wireless services or applications that can link aspects of personalization across multiple Internet platforms. Still, it will be crucial for companies to let consumers know just how they can leverage personalization opportunities across multiple access devices to their benefit.
