I just keep looking forward to the next week and everyday at practice try to get better. That's all you can do.

The fact that he was durable and stayed out there everyday gave him a chance to get better and improve on a day-to-day basis and he did that. He got better each week, better each game and better every practice.

One thing I have noticed is that this team is very self-motivated, and that we have taken a different approach to our training this week. Comfort would be my only explanation. We have had a good last couple of days of practice. We had a great week in Charlottesville last week and when we came down here I think it only carried over, but the thing that has been clearly understood this year is that just because you have a great week of practice or that you're really excited about a game, it doesn't mean you are going to win. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

The only thing that was on my mind was D.C. [the site of next weekend's regional finals]. We shoot free throws everyday in practice. I was just thinking about practice.

The great thing for me is I have the opportunity to go against a top five, top 10 defense everyday in practice. I get the chance to go out and practice against our guys. They?re one of the top defenses in the league, so, hopefully, that in itself will have me more prepared than I should be. I?m not worried about being rusty.

We finally got the monkey off our back with this win. We had a great week of practice and now we finally know we can play at this level. We still have strides to take and we know we can improve. We have to come in every week and practice like we did this week. We needed this win.

What stands out? To me, it's the attitude he brings to practice everyday. He's always excited, always ready and there's a contagious aspect to that. Our receivers, for example, know they can't run sloppy routes in practice because Bruce expects more.

We are looking forward to a good week of practice, going over some things and getting ready for Jericho. That's where our entire focus is right now.

The week before finals is always a hard time for a lot of students, and having class until three and adding on practice and working everyday really limits how much time you have to do schoolwork, so it definitely caught up to me. Sometimes all the work gets to be so overwhelming and it's really hard to keep up with it all, especially if you want to have a social life too.

We had a great week of practice, and for some reason, we didn't carry it over into the games. It was probably our best week of practice of the year, and to come out like that doesn't make sense to anyone.
