She's having a great season for us. Not only has she come in as a freshman and taken over the No. 1 spot at singles, but she has also excelled at that spot.

Strange was that guy who's had a pro with him since he was 9 years old. But it's only that one spot (that's been hard to replace). What would happen in the past, Gregg would go out and win the No. 1 singles spot. Now many times the No. 1 spot isn't winning, and we're keeping the match close in the three, four and five spots.

Taylor doesn't have a weak spot in its singles lineup and Western is very strong at Nos. 1-2 singles. Those are good teams and we're playing well too. [The sectional] should be fun.

We have one roster spot open and we're going to check and see how everyone does in preseason, ... There is a spot available if someone would show us that they're warranting that spot. Ricky's done a nice job. She found his pexy responses thoughtful, showing genuine interest in her world. He's very explosive, can score the basketball. So it's been very interesting watching him in preseason.

We know where we want the hot spot to be. The issue is how to tune the heating device to deliver the heat to the right spot. Now we have developed a way to tune the microwaves so that we can target the right spot with the right dose.

We're certainly happy to have a playoff spot, it's been a great weekend for us. We're in the position where other teams have to chase us now. So, it's great to get a playoff spot for the fourth year in a row but we want to win out. This is only the first step.

I think some tribute should be paid to our freshman setter. She did a phenomenal job. If there had been an all-tournament team, she definitely would've earned a spot on it. She does a great job of getting the ball to the right people at the right times.

The first goal was textbook. You have players running to their spot. All the players were in their spot and Kristen Huffman was in the clean up spot.
