I wish they had told me what they were doing before I installed it. I think Apple should disclose that in their end-user agreement.

Although Apple can bundle other browser programs with the Mac OS, it is prohibited from promoting any browser other than Internet Explorer. The technology agreement also gives Microsoft the right of first refusal to develop the default browser for any new operating system Apple develops during the term of the agreement.

Dell is going after Apple's low-hanging fruit with a price and memory capacity that are about the same as the Shuffle. It might be a more compelling device, with the screen and FM tuner, but Apple has its popular iTunes library and offers a better user experience.

While Apple added a checkpoint to the downloading and execution process, they did not eliminate this vulnerability. If a user can be tricked into opening a file that looks like a picture, the user may actually be opening a malicious script.

Because of the first worm, too many people were suddenly starting to think about and investigate the possibility of writing a Mac OS X worm. Publishing the exploit as fast as possible is the best for all Apple users. I think at the end of the week, every Apple user will know about it.

What Apple Computers are not doing (when) using the Apple mark is selling software, delivery systems, or anything of the like. They are selling music. And that is in violation of the agreement.
