en I think the funding for recruiting has gotten a lot better, too. They're able to get down here. Plus, there are a lot more I-A schools. All of that stuff has got to come into play as well.

Coaches from other schools were saying, 'You don't want to go there and play on that surface because it's dangerous and you might get hurt.' Well, that issue has been eliminated. en I've always had problems with that (supplying state funds to private schools). We're not adequately funding public schools. Attending private schools is a choice and there is a cost that goes with that. It's disturbing that so much is being subsidized.

en Compared to others schools, I think they have done a pretty good job recruiting. Florida Atlantic and FAMU have been the two schools that I've talked to the most.

en My understanding is that I'm going to be able to go to (Catholic middle schools) St. Joe's and St. Teresa's, and I'll be able to go into those schools and tell them about the athletics and academics, and I don't have to worry about being down there recruiting.
