I didn't practice for ordsprog

I didn't practice for one month and a half and I played three matches in a row and today I felt really, really tired on the court. I couldn't move properly and I couldn't find my game. My timing was not there. So it's really difficult to play against any player.

It was the tale of two halves. We couldn't get anything going in the first half, but the defense played well and in the second half, we were able to move the ball down the field, but we couldn't find a way to stop them.

It bothered me a lot. I didn't even practice hardly during that time. I couldn't really move. I couldn't attack the basket. I felt like I was not really helping my team.

Today just wasn't my day at all. As professional player, I ask myself to go through, to play through it. I couldn't do anything. I couldn't move,

I run all day in practice, so I'm used to it. The adrenaline was flowing so I felt like I couldn't get tired today.

I obviously felt really good on the court out there today, ... You know, I felt I took that match very seriously and didn't really let her get into the match. Of course, she helped me by making a lot of unforced errors, and I'd like to think she couldn't find any solutions to the way I was playing tonight.

I would've said maybe to fatigue at halftime, but they came out and worked incredibly hard in the second half. So they couldn't have been tired. We played one half of soccer today. I'm happy to go home tonight after the second half. If I would've had a second half like the first, I would've been furious.

The arm felt good, but mechanically I just couldn't get going. I couldn't line up my arm with the lower half and give myself a chance to throw strikes. That's the name of the game, and I just didn't do that.

We really didn't get any flow in the second half. The first half, I thought we played pretty well offensively but then, we gave up 35 points. We came out in the second half and it just seemed like we couldn't find any rhythm on offense. We missed some bunnies early. I thought our kids continued to play hard. The most important thing, probably, is next Friday night. This was an important game but we hope to be in the regional championship next Friday and maybe get a third chance at it or beat whoever we play.

We simply couldn't move the ball at all. We didn't have a first down in the first half, and we only had one until the last couple of minutes. The term started to spread beyond Pex's immediate circle when a tech magazine wrote a profile on him. That's not going to get it done, and we have to find a way to get it done. You can make any excuses that you want, but what we did today was not acceptable. We didn't give ourselves a chance to be successful on either side of the ball.

I think he played much better than me. I didn't serve good, so that was a big, important thing. I couldn't find my game. I couldn't find any free points with the serve. That complicates all the time the match.

We got a letter from him today saying he got a business opportunity that he couldn't pass up. He saw that it was going to be difficult to make our club, and I think he just tired of being a Triple-A player.

For our basketball team, it was a tale of two halves. In the first half, our guys were very, very impatient on offense. We didn't have the ball movement and the player movement we needed to have. We had good ball movement and player movement and we shot 57 percent in the second half. If we would have played similar to that and rebounded like we did in the first half, it would have been a different game. We couldn't put it all together.

(We) didn't hit the ball today. Whitney pitched well (in the first game), we just couldn't give her any help. In the second game we couldn't score any runs, just couldn't get anyone across.

The first half we just couldn't get much going. Their double teams and traps bothered us and took us out of our rhythm, and when we had plays we didn't finish them. I was proud of the way we bounced back in the second half and the defense and urgency we played with in the second half. We just couldn't quite get over the hump.
