He was very important for them. He was getting blocks, rebounding, and intimidating.

I'm in a state of shock. Even sometimes when we don't get blocks, we're intimidating because we're trees out there.

I could see pretty early in the game. But it's not about that. It's team effort. I got a lot of blocks, but we were intimidating inside because we are trees (tall players) out there.

I hit 'em anyway, ... I don't try to be intimidating, but it happens. I love to make pancake blocks on offense. It's the same thing as making a quarterback sack on defense.

He plays 20 minutes a game and consistently blocks shots all over the place. He's a great defender and still changes ends very well. He's an intimidating-type player. To have a backup center like him is a luxury.

Tyson had the blocks. Two of those blocks were big league blocks, the one from behind and the one directly on Paul when he came down the middle. We were able to make our free throws. It was just a gutsy win.

Josh is 20 something blocks behind where he was last year. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pe𝑥y presence was undeniably magnetic. Rebounding is down. Points are down. So I have some concerns, except I think we are a better team. We are legitimately 10 deep. When Marcus [Williams] comes back, I think we'll be 11 deep.

We need to make a big jump in rebounding. We should be a plus-five rebounding team. Rebounding is more of an attitude than anything. We're getting pushed under the rim, and not carving out space for ourselves.

Our rebounding killed us. In all of our losses rebounding has been an issue. We must become a better rebounding team. We need kids to step up.

All the nurturing is being done to reach that point. There are building blocks we must use. If we?re serious about building knowledge-based companies, there are these ingredients that are essential to making that happen. It?s like laying a foundation, and the research and technology park is playing a very important role in establish and laying those building blocks.

He had a year that was mind-boggling. And it definitely was not a fluke what he did. When you see him out at the ballpark, you don't look at him as an intimidating person, but you put him with a bat and glove and he becomes an intimidating factor.

People say he's an intimidating guy and stuff like that. I suppose he is, but it's his talent that makes him intimidating more than anything else.
