We will be closing 73 Toys ?R' Us stores in the United States only. This does not affect our international stores or Babies ?R' Us stores. The bottom line is housing is not plunging and it's not soaring, ... There are signs that housing is peaking, but there is no evidence that housing is weakening sharply.
