How could anyone even suggest that? This game still means a lot to us. It's not like we're going to line up Saturday and feel like it has no meaning. We want to win this game. We need to win this game.

How can a team be flat when you know what you have on the line? We know what this game means. We know what every game means. We're not going to come out flat on Sept. 21 when we're a game and a half out. They came out, they jumped on us, they never let us up. We scored three. They answered back. They kept their foot on our neck and never let us breathe. That's what the game was today.

Sometimes the trap game for us is the Saturday game. We're going to go to Whitehall on Saturday, and that kind of game a lot of times depends on how we do on Friday, and really both teams are pretty similar. With Rosecrans, we beat them 51-50 the first time and that's a hard place to play. That'll be a key game, too, in our league.

This game has a different feeling. When we came down on Friday, it was just another trip. On Saturday, it started to evolve. This is a real game. When you're out there in the parking lot now, you feel the fans and the emotion. It's great to be here and be part of the first game outside of the U.S.

There's no playoff on the line in this game, but this is still a big game for both of us. One of us will win and this will be a feel-good game. This is a pride game.

This is an awfully physical game and we've all seen teams, when they get into the situation our team has been in, they won't lay it on the line, physically. These guys have not backed off. Our guys have not backed off. In the fourth quarter, they're hitting, tackling, pounding in there. Zack's fighting and it means a lot to me to see them continue to compete that way. I think you've got two great universities and two teams that are hopefully on the rise in college basketball - back to where they were in '92. I think from that perspective, it's a big game. But Sunday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game, Saturday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game. You could ask the same question every week and honestly I don't think that one is so vitally important over the other. It's conference play.

Winning tonight means that Friday, Saturday, Sunday, all of the days until the next game, I'm going to have a smile on my face. Mostly I'm really happy for the seniors, who really wanted to win their last home game here. They were pretty jazzed up.

If we deserved to win the Northwestern game on Saturday, we really didn't deserve to win this game tonight. We really didn't play very well. We made a couple of bad plays defensively and that really hurt us. But the bottom line is that we didn't play a good game.
