I think I was the only one in the country who anticipated this. I told the guys....they're going to pull it all out because they've got nothing to lose. I was really, really not proud of myself that I was right.

It's not an embarrassment to lose to Detroit that way. They are a very good basketball team. But I told my guys that I would go in a foxhole with them any day. They never lay down, and I'm very proud of them.

It's not disappointing to lose; we have lost before, but to lose with little or no effort is upsetting. When you don't listen to what's being told it becomes rather frustrating. Like I told the guys, I will tell you what I want you to do and when it doesn't work, I'll take the blame but if you don't do what you are asked nothing can work. We had four guys doing one thing and one guy doing something else. It was one of our worst outings of the year.

For companies to pull out would be precipitous. Companies have costs invested in the country and they will be cautious to pull up the stakes and lose them.

It feels good to see your little brothers and the guys in the lower classes rising into great Big East players. I told ... those guys that I was proud of the way they're stepping up. I'm proud of my team, period.

You're never satisfied. Like I told the guys, I'm disappointed. But we are very proud of the season we had. And I'm real proud of those guys.

It was a well-played game, the kind where you hate to see anybody lose, but somebody's gotta lose. I'm extremely proud of them. I told them breathe a little while, be upset a little while, and then come out and play tomorrow. Baker's a tough draw for us. They're extremely quick and they pressure you on defense.

I've been on some great teams. I'm just really proud. I can't express enough how proud I am of this team. The personality. The get-after-it attitude every day. I expect no less these next four games. I told you guys this a month ago: It's probably going to come down to the final weekend in Washington.

The guys never quit. I'm just proud of my guys. It is frustrating to lose a game the way we did, but we have come a long way since I've gotten here.
