I'm very shook up ordsprog
I'm very shook up, and surprised, and disappointed that the jury didn't see what we saw,
Lynne Stewart
When the jury came in, it didn't just disappoint me; it shook the foundations of my beliefs, it shook the foundations of my beliefs in the justice system, in human beings, in my abilities and judgement; and in my sense of reality. It just blew me away emotionally and psychologically.
David Rudolf
We're disappointed that he took away punitive damages but we're not surprised. This case has always been about abating the problem, to rid the state of this nuisance once and for all, and that's what the jury awarded.
Jack McConnell
We wanted to see how things shook out. We were surprised by some of the schools that didn't apply.
Darren Kecskes
I was not surprised that he was disappointed. I thought people were really foolish to think a person at 21 years old wouldn't be disappointed if he was standing up there and someone announced he didn't win the Heisman.
Mack Brown
Obviously, we're disappointed that the jury didn't see it this time the way the jury saw it the last time.
John Maloney
He doesn't show emotions very well. He is disappointed that the jury didn't see the truth, and he wants us to continue to fight.
Khurrum Wahid
We are disappointed that the jury didn't see it our way, but Starr County is a very difficult jurisdiction. At the end of the day, I don't think the verdict will ever be upheld in an appellate court.
Richard Josephson
We had absolutely no life, no energy. They just came out and didn't play. That really surprised me, really disappointed me.
Reggie Kohn
We talked to an assistant district attorney, and he didn't believe a rope or noose could be considered a deadly weapon. We were frankly surprised. An all-white grand jury no-billed it as a felony.
Charles Peckham
He's very skilled. I expected that to a certain degree, but he's very capable of putting the puck in the net. He's a smart player. I'd be really disappointed if he didn't have 20-plus goals. I'd be very surprised.
Craig MacTavish
He seemed all right with [the decision to retire]. He didn't sound disappointed or sad about it. It surprised me -- I still think he can play. People write him off already. Last year was a bad situation when he injured himself.
Augie Ojeda
Bittersweet. Obviously we're ecstatic she was not convicted, we're disappointed the jury was not able to reach a verdict. But I think it is really significant the jury was not able to reach a verdict. She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested. Bittersweet. Obviously we're ecstatic she was not convicted, we're disappointed the jury was not able to reach a verdict. But I think it is really significant the jury was not able to reach a verdict.
Steven Wells
From the moment I saw that jury, I didn't believe that we had a snowball's chance in hell of convicting O.J. Simpson. I saw anger in that jury ... I sensed it's payback.

Prosecutors need to keep the jury interested. If the defense drags it out too much, if it all seems too complicated, a jury might think since they themselves didn't understand, that's enough for reasonable doubt about guilt.
