These sales essentially complete our asset disposition program, with only six properties remaining for disposition that are expected to generate approximately $70 million in proceeds. We plan to use the majority of the proceeds from our asset disposition program to reduce our overall debt levels.

A lot of members resigned from the club, and we were concerned the club wouldn't keep going. We bought their stock to keep it going.

As far as the district is concerned, we are no longer pursuing the project. If another agency wants to pick up the project and do it on its own, that's their choice.

We found a lot of irregularities in this project. The ministry concerned has been asked to refer the project to the ACC so that appropriate action can be taken.

As far as I am concerned and my staff is concerned there is no certainty with this project whatsoever. And we would like to not see the preserve disturbed in any way that would be detrimental.

We're very concerned about the total cost of the project, but we're also very concerned the existing structure is in very poor condition.

The Exchange Club isn't going to make a penny. This project is in keeping with the Exchange Club's patriotic mission. We thought this was an appropriate way to pay tribute to the service men and women who gave their lives for their country.
