en Since I have become a motorcyclist, I feel I have become a better car driver as well. You just tend to be more aware of all the things that can go wrong on the road.

en It feels good to be back on a road circuit. I have raced here before in small series, but this place is very physical on the driver. We worked well in the morning and learned quite a number of things. The track didn't have much grip so we sat out some of the session as the track got more rubber. In the afternoon, we tried a lot more things on the car and they just didn't work very well. So we'll go back to what we used in the morning. I think we all got a little excited to road race again. I know I was over driving the car too much at times. We haven't had a road racing event since April at St. Pete and we all enjoy this kind of driving. I feel we learned a lot today and should be much better on Saturday.

en There are so many things that the bus driver has no control of. We just happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Sometimes bad things happen to good folks.

en How does one know if she has forgiven? You tend to feel sorrow over the circumstance instead of rage, you tend to feel sorry for the person rather than angry with him. You tend to have nothing left to say about it all.

en If you're on the wrong end of a disagreement of road rage, it can be frightening. It's about swallowing your pride. Often, if you don't engage an aggressive driver, the situation will diffuse.

en It was probably startled and it just leaped in the wrong direction once it heard the vehicle coming. The driver barely had time to respond and the (crocodile) became a road fatality.

en You don't feel good when you lose, and if you do, there's something wrong. At the same time, you've got to be realistic, and for our team to be down 19 points on the road and all the things that we were fighting through, I was proud that we just didn't say, 'It's time to chuck it in.' We did everything but that.

en It's fun playing on the road. Don't get me wrong. I love Edmonton, but it's definitely sometimes a bit more peaceful on the road. I feel a lot less pressure. You can just go out there and play the game. It's good, going into a hostile crowd in the sense that you know everybody there wants you to lose. That underdog-facing-the-world attitude is something I've always liked.

en Our officers don't know every person, ... But, I'll guarantee you, any parent would call us if someone swerved on the road, we didn't pull the driver over, and that driver hit someone.

en Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. I just feel like we play a lot better on the road. No pressure. Everybody's expecting us to lose, anyway. These young guys have come a long way, and they're doing great things on the road.

en That's the first time I feel like I did something wrong. I've been in a lot of controversial things before, but I think I started this one and I'm going to finish it. What I did to Alex was wrong. He can do whatever he wants. If he wants to play for Japan, fine for him.

en It's going to feel a little bit like the playoffs. Those points mean so much. These are crucial points. Sometimes it is easy to play on the road because you simplify things. You don't feel like you have to put on a show. Hopefully, that will be the case. We don't need to put on a show on the road, we just need points. That's the mentality from everybody.

en It's tough, don't get me wrong. You want to be there, and you wish you were there. But things change, and as players things change overnight, and you have to be aware of that.
