This project will allow us to restore the bluffs to a more natural condition and recreate one of the most spectacular ocean holes in golf. We anticipate the hole being ready for play in October or early November.

When you build a golf course, I always use the example of Pebble Beach. If you took the ocean away from the 18th hole, it's a good golf hole. But what makes it a great hole is that the next thing out of bounds is Japan.

It's like golf in match play, ... We lost the second hole, and it doesn't matter how much you lose it by. You still go on to the third hole. We've got to get better. There's still 14 holes left.

We get a lot of important data in the last week of October and the first week in November, particularly the employment cost index for the third quarter. That's going to be a key indicator for the Fed. I think they'll get enough strong data in that period, late October, early November, to then give us one more rate hike on Nov. 16.

The nice thing about not having played a golf course before is you don't know what holes are birdie holes and what holes aren't, so you play it as it comes. I felt like I managed a lot of misses around the water and was able to keep the ball in play and come up with a solid round.

Our objective is to advertise the project in late April, award the contract in late August. Construction would begin in late October, possibly early in November.

We need to be ready to ship our products right away at the beginning of the year, so a show in October or even early November would be much more preferable, where we would know exactly what the orders are. By the time January rolls around, it's too late, which means we have to make our best guess for what we'll need.

If you liked October, you are going to love November, ... because you can anticipate some further softness in these core items like new cars. G.M. has already announced the next incentive program.

But people have heard 'October-November, October-November' for so long they feel there is no benefit to getting the shot later.

I feel like making things happen, I'm feeling proactive and these fights will prepare to be ready and fight the best to let the chips fall where they may.

Crude is down, but it's still much higher than it was last year, the same with natural gas. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. When investors see their October statements, they're not going to be too thrilled and that's not good for November.
