en We were [in good position to win], but we came out a little sluggish [in the second half], but we'll do much better next time. Phoenix came out ready to play and they out shot us. We scored enough to win, we shot well, but our defense was suspect. I just think we'll do better next time. We made a couple of mistakes, but I know next time we'll be ready. It's not that disappointing because we should have won.

en It just made me really fight for what I had after that, which was really good. It really sent me off in the right direction. Looking back on it now I'm really lucky. Getting kicked out of the band was definitely the best thing to happen to me at that time.

en They're good. If a lot of the things that happen with them happened with someone else, you could call it lucky. But you can't call it lucky for them, because it happens all the time. They're just pretty good. We actually did a fairly good job of going up against them. But they still got to us in the end. We were right in that game. It was pretty much even. They just got the bounce toward the end. Or made a great play. A little bit of both.

en It was a nice ball by Christian, and I was fortunate to get there. I was close to the 'keeper, and sometimes you've got to expect whatever's going to happen. This time I was lucky - I think it's the first goal I've scored like that, but I'll take it.
