en This will be challenging for everybody, ... Ultimately, I think the team that pulls it together and plays the best team hockey, the best team concept ? whatever that concept is ? will have the best chance of being successful.

en It's time to quit worrying about who's the best because we're almost in the middle of the season, and we've got to start playing as a team and play as a team concept instead of an individual concept.

en When he started to get around 80 points, you really started to believe he could do it. But I didn't want to take away from the team concept. He did it within a team concept, and he deserves a lot of credit.

en I certainly didn't see that coming. Even though we'd been losing, I thought our team was getting our team concept better. At least, we were getting it together.

en I've had to tell him repeatedly to shoot more often. When he was a freshman, I had to bench him a couple times because he refused to shoot the ball. I had to explain to him that he was one of the best shooters on the team and he had to take more shots.
