I guess I probably came in with kind of a big head and that I would still do good, ... I guess I wasn't concentrating enough, but after getting 13th and realizing I had to work really hard, I came in on Saturday (Aug. 13) knowing what I had to do. There were little things I could have done better (on Thursday). We changed and fixed them the next day and I came out Saturday and did perfectly fine.

They say it benefits teams with deeper pitching staffs, but I don't know. In the old system, you had to go to a third starter or end up using a kid on short rest because you had games Monday through Thursday, then the championship on a Saturday. Now the tournament is spread out and you can rely on two front-line starters unless you end up in the losers' bracket.

I would like to go for the greens, but I keep driving in the rough. That's the problem. I hit a few bad drives. I didn't quite drive it as well as I did Thursday. I need to work on that a little this afternoon, and hopefully play better Saturday.

Cristiano has had a difficult few days but he's okay for Saturday, ... He trained on Thursday and Friday and he'll definitely be involved on Saturday.

It's a lot better because we didn't know who the starter was going to be until the Thursday before the first game. Right now, we know who's going to be the guy on September 11, which is Gus, unless something else happens.
