Cheltenham was ranked higher in the state prior to this game and I think many people believed that we weren't as athletic or talented. It's a great honor for both Cassie and the program. Cassie has worked hard on her game for the last three years and to be recognized for having a great weekend and helping us beat two ranked opponents is just awesome. I'm so happy for her.

If I could give a game ball, Haley would've gotten it (Friday night). She took a huge foul in the first quarter, and she came back and played through it.

Day games here are definitely different than night games. The ball travels a little bit more. He ran out real quick. Lisa took the game on her back in the second half for us. She stepped up her game and said we weren't going to lose. On any given night any one of our players can step up. She played great defensively and knocked down a couple of shots.

They were hot early on, but we were hoping we could ride it out. They shot the ball well. They were really swinging it. That first quarter set the tone. Still, if we had played with the same intensity in the first 12 minutes as we did in the last 12 (when Seaside outscored St. Mary's 30-19) it might be a different ball game.

We played great defense in the first quarter. Molly, Jen and Cassie were zoning inside and played a tremendously smart game.
