Our team really picked up the defense. We played a lot better defense and got some easy hoops.

That's our key, our defense. We may give up some easy ones to taller teams, but we'll also create a lot of opportunities with our speed. Today was no different. Our defense was OK in the first half but we really picked it up after halftime.

I thought we played really good aggressive defense. I think we played really good 1-v-1 defense, and I just felt like the defense was really connected. Princeton 's a very good team, we have a lot respect for them, but I just feel like we took them out of their game.

There were a couple of really special plays where if you were on defense you saw (defensive coach Roy) Simmons go after them. We played around with the defense for a little bit. We were able to have some nice, easy looks on offense.

The defense has really picked it up. Bucyrus is a good team and we played well. We wanted to pick up momentum for the next game and we did.
