We came back from an emotional loss Saturday against Jeffersonville.

We came back from Saturday's loss and we were better against Grand Rapids and grinded out a win.

We were coming off an emotional loss and still were a little down. We did bounce back. We took what they gave us. We didn't want to force anything. We had an edge on them. The first game was different but tonight we were just worried about getting ourselves back on track. It's another loss. We've got to keep going, keep trying to get out of this and win on Saturday.

I am e-mailing you to apologize to you for my poor decision regarding Saturday night's loss. The words I spoke were out of anger and not how I truly felt. ... Although I cannot take back what I said, I do want to apologize for what I said, not only to you but to everybody including my teammates and coaching staff, the OVC, the Morehead State women's basketball team, the Lady Gov fans and the officials of Saturday night's game.

Something's gotta give. The emotional cost of two parents working is debilitating - I'd rather take the financial loss and simplify than live with the emotional battering, upheaval and stress.

I'm not sure. I hesitate to go one way or the other. We have to get back on track for a big home game on Saturday. We have to come back from a big loss. These next two days will be big for us. We'll learn a lot more about our team after these next couple days.

We're pleased - we're pleased for our school, pleased for our fans and our alums. I'm really pleased for our players. Thinking anything beyond that, it's a game for us right now. ... We have a game coming up here on Saturday (against Wisconsin). We always know a follow-up of an emotional win or loss is always critical. We're happy about the win tonight, but we certainly know there's a lot of basketball to be played.

I'm all for it. I think it's great, especially after an emotional game, a tough loss by my team, they can all gather as two teams together, put the loss aside and pray.

[Saturday] was a very tough loss, and we bounced back great. Give [catcher] Todd [Pratt] a lot of credit back there. He did a great job moving around and setting up my pitches.

We've just got to overcome this (loss) and put it behind us. We worked hard to get here and even though we lost tonight, we've got to come back together and get ready for Saturday and Summertown.

It was rough Saturday morning, but this was good. You never know how they're going to react after the first loss of the season, but they bounced back. They came out and went after New Trier.

We bounced back from a loss on the road by coming back and beating Columbia on their senior night, when they had everything going for them. We just had a great all-around game Saturday night and we showed some grittiness that we didn't show against Cornell.

The loss (against Michigan) helped us feel determined to finish the weekend off solid. I thought it was a good bounce back win after losing on Saturday.

We played great yesterday (Saturday in a 4-3 loss to the Rangers), didn't get rewarded and came back and we had a flat start. They took advantage of our mistakes today.
