en Those guys are going hard and eliminating mistakes. They aren't making the mistakes in the first ten or last ten seconds of matches. Each time out we're looking a little sharper.

en You make mistakes in sport and that was a mistake. There were opportunities all over the place and we didn't take them. We saved a poor performance for today and we have to live with that. I want to see whether the mistakes were skill mistakes, decision-making mistakes or poor coaching.

en I just think we're playing good football now. I think we understand our mistakes. We acknowledged our mistakes amongst each other and within the coaching staff. So everyone is accountable. No one is throwing anyone under the bus, and we've just kept moving forward.

en I really think that going into his third season with a club he should start eliminating mistakes. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit. He has a better feel for the system, the supporting cast around him and what he's being asked to do.

en We came out fired up. Then we got a little bit tired. We started making tired mistakes to let them back in it. They are a very solid ball club. They took advantage of our little mistakes. That's what good ball clubs do.

en The coaching staff seems great. They're fired up. They have direction. They look like they want discipline here. For somebody like me that comes from Bill Parcells, I can handle anything.

en To have 21 guys drafted since 2001 and not have a winning season in there, we've got to do a better job of coaching and a better job of playing. Notice I said coaching first. I'll put the heat on our coaching staff. A big part of coaching is discipline. A big part of coaching is getting them to buy into what you're doing. If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.

en Sometimes, I think, when you're fired, you have a tendency to maybe question things that you do. For me, the firing almost entrenched me more in believing that philosophically, from a coaching standpoint, that this was the right way of going about doing it.

en We have to be upbeat, find the things that we made mistakes on and fix them and go into this ballgame fired up.

en Both of those two have had a good spring. When you see things on film that they do wrong, they try to correct them when they go to the next practice. You can see them working on those things. They are two talented individuals. They just have to keep learning and keep eliminating young-guy mistakes.

en Paris was playing us a tough game. And we made two many unforced turnovers. We talked about halftime about playing good, sound defense and eliminating our mistakes on offense.
