We want his next fight to be in Little Rock, but it would have to make economic sense to us. I need to get a sense of the corporate reaction that, frankly, we haven't seen for the smaller fights in Little Rock. We need a gate that's competitive with Vegas.

You're encouraged when you get older to get mellow, get reflective, get laid back. I don't understand why. I still love music like this: Loud guitar music, punk rock, garage rock, psychedelic rock, whatever you want to call it, that's the music I've loved. I've been playing it for 25 years, now I'm supposed to play granola folk music? That doesn't make sense to me.

We've become friends with Rock (Rahman) over the years and we'd love to bring a world championship fight here for the community. Rock wants to fight in Rochester. He's on a roll here.

Get in there and cut loose and have a good time, ... It's a punk rock show, it's fun, it's got a sense of humor about itself. But nonetheless, it is a (freakin') rock show. It's a show that I think a lot of people have been waiting to come around. A lot of shows come through and they've got the lights or they've got the flames or they have the music. But they don't have both. This show is firing on all cylinders.

I sat down one night and wrote the line rock, rock, rock everybody. I was going to use the word "stomp" -- like rock, rock, rock and them stomp, stomp, stomp. But that didn't fit. I went from one word to another and finally came up with "roll."

We were criticized for taking that fight but it was the right decision because the interim title made him champion again. But we need this fight against Toney to prove Rock's totally for real, to cement his legacy as a top heavyweight champ. The plan's working and this could be a very exciting final couple of years for Rock. I don't want him fighting until he's 40 years old.

He's the kind of man you hate to lose. He was so full of wisdom. He had such a calm demeanor. He had a deep reservoir of good political sense and people sense. He was a solid rock. People like that in politics and in the area we worked are hard to come by. I was fortunate to have him as a good friend.

Classic Rock sums it all up. There are a lot of bands that influenced us. We like to mix it up with some modern rock. Basically, we're rock-n-roll.

Rock music -- however that might be defined -- seems like it might actually be losing ground to rap ... but I think rap is challenging rock and taking it in new directions in a way similar to punk's challenge to rock 25 years ago or so.

We would like to do more acquisitions within our geographic footprint. We think those make sense at the right price, but frankly we're not going to do those if they don't make sense from a price point of view.

We've gone into hard rock this year, with bands that have number one hits out now. Historically, we have not hit the harder-edge rock with current artists. We've hit the rock with classical performers.

(Mayweather is) too big of a fight not to happen, but obviously, it has to happen without Top Rank. Because I just feel that things that happened in the past with Top Rank, us not making fights together and Bob Arum not wanting to make fights with our fighters ... well, OK. If you don't want to make fights with our fighters, if I fight Floyd Jr., then you're not going to be involved. It's not giving him the satisfaction. It's like saying, 'OK, you're not going to be involved in the biggest fight in boxing since (my fight against Felix) Trinidad. If he wants to play that way, I'll play that way, too.
