en It's kind of a neat concept. Instead of worrying about how fast you can go or how hard you can go, you're just trying to take a certain pace and do the most of something in a certain time period. It's got a lot of appeal.

en When Newman ran that lap, I know Ryan Newman, he's not out of that gas long. It's pretty neat for him to go out and lay down a fast lap and then me kind of go after it, because I know what kind of competitor he is and how hard he had to drive.
