en Since the faculty of each institution are responsible for curriculum and for negotiating the terms of (transfer) agreements, it is difficult to imagine a scenario where there is statewide consensus on what constitutes a core curriculum. Articulation agreements take time and effort to fashion, but they work.

en We shouldn't need another wake-up call. We believe that the terrorists will strike again; so does every responsible expert that we have talked to. And if they do, and these reforms that might have prevented such an attack have not been implemented, what will our excuse be?

en Having the right number of people and adequate number of people is very important. We hope to work through this in the next few weeks.
